Submissions are due no later than 5pm on Friday, November 7th, 2008 for possibility of inclusion in the 2009 Edition to be released in April 2009.

Each year we accept submissions from the first Saturday in November of that year to the first Friday in November of the following year. All applicants should know the status of their submission by February. We send the magazine to the printers at the end of February, and receive them back all packaged and pretty at the first of April.
